3 Reasons Why You Need A Good Christian Mentor
When I first started my online business, I knew nobody in the industry and I knew practically nothing about internet marketing. All I knew is that I awoke one night at 2am with a clear message from God; start an online business (in a particular niche). So I dug out my journal and started listing all the things I needed to do to make it happen.
I made alot of mistakes early on in my venture. However I was fortunate enough to cross paths with a couple of successful Christian internet marketers that helped me along the way. One of which I eventually hired as a coach and mentor. He gave me some great direction and constructive critisism. He didn’t blow any smoke my way.
If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change too much. The one thing I would have definitely done is hire a coach alot earlier. Why? Well here are 3 good reasons;
- They hold you accountable.
- They inspire you to achieve your goals.
- They teach you what they know.
Remember, the internet road to success is wide and there are lot’s of so called "experts" out there. Some of which may not have your best interests in mind and may not have the same beliefs and values as you do. Take your time when you select a mentor. Remember, the path you leave in the internet is one that is not easily erased. Stick to your values and convictions and make sure your mentor understands what they are.
